"A month in, and I really like this mat. Standing on it now, in fact, after the husband and I both switched to standing desks at work. I went first and found the transition relatively easy. The first week my legs would only get tired right before I went to bed. Then I traveled on business and lent mine to him while I was gone since he just converted his desk. We ordered a second one for him, and during the couple days before it arrived I had to stand without mine, and... well, I missed it very much! So glad when the second one came in. It's sturdy, easy to clean, subtle, and most important COMFORTABLE. I've found that it works best when I'm barefoot and it matches the groove of my feet. Haven't compared to other mats, but I don't feel like I need to. As for standing at work, I still try and take stretch breaks every now and then, but I find myself so much more alert and focused. Never going back to the chair, as long as I've got this mat."
