If you wish to return 3 or more mats, please call or email our We Care Department at 1 (800) 655-6287 or wecare@imprintmats.com. We will take great care of you! This system is only for returns of 1 or 2 pieces.

What is the reason for your return?*

I received the wrong mat(s).
My mat is defective or has another issue covered by the Imprint warranty.
I wish to return my mat(s) for a refund.
I wish to exchange my mat(s) for another style.

Are you a U.S. or International Customer?*

I am a U.S. Customer residing in the United States.
I am an International Customer residing outside of the United States.

Return Shipping Fee (for Refunds/Exchanges)*

I agree to a flat fee of $10 to ship up to 2 pieces for either an exchange/refund. My credit card wil be charged $10.

If submitting a refund request. Imprint® will refund the price of your mat purchase devoid of the original shipping charge if applicable and the return shipping cost of $10. Your refund will process within 5 days of receipt for the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Thank you.
