Where are Imprint Comfort Mats produced?

Imprint® Comfort Mats are produced responsibly in an environmentally friendly manufacturing zone in South Korea. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase for exchange or credit?
Absolutely! We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for either exchange or credit. See our Returns & Exchanges page for in-depth instructions.

The color/size I want is out of stock; how can I find out when it will be available?
Please call our customer service department (800-655-MATS) for availability and alternatives.

Is ordering online secure?
Yes. When you place an order on our site, your identity – and information – is safely secured through Comodo IdAuthority credentials.

I’m ordering your mat as a gift; can you include a gift card?
Yes. Please call customer service (800-655-MATS) and they will make sure a special note is included in your shipment.

I have a few questions. If I call your customer service line will I get to speak to a person in your office or will I be routed to a call center?
We are one of the few companies that still offer in-house customer service. In this era of sophisticated technology, we feel that hands-on customer service is extremely important. You can be assured that everyone you speak with at our office is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our business and can respond to any query you may have.

How thick are your Imprints Comfort Mats?
Glad you asked. Cumulus9 mats are a cushy 5/8 inches thick. Our CumulusPRO mats are available in 3/4 inch and 5/8 inch thicknesses.

Can I request a custom size?
We are currently unable to offer custom sizes. However, we continually examine our consumer needs and appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Please email us at: wecare@imprintmats.com with your suggestions.
